Journal Today — Terms of Use

Journal Today ("the app") is made by Yuan Fu ("we"). By using the app you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard End User License Agreement, which applies where these terms are silent.
Your content
Your entries belong to you. They are stored on your devices and in your iCloud account, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for keeping your device and Apple account secure and for keeping a backup (iCloud sync is a good one).
Purchases
Pro is an optional subscription or one-time purchase sold through the App Store under Apple's terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your Apple account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple.
Availability
We do our best to keep the app working, but provide it "as is", without warranty, and may change or discontinue features. iCloud sync depends on Apple's services.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the app, including lost entries.
